We cooperate with local authorities as well as cultural and commercial institutions. By organising exhibitions and events, we popularise Polish craft at home and abroad. Lectures and debates aim at introducing the audience to the secrets of both the traditional and modern making. We also advocate thoughtful and responsible consumption. We show craftsmanship as a perfect instance of producing objects and, at the same time, paying respect to the natural environment. We provide deep insight into the social and economic aspect of the activity of small local craft studios and workshops.<\/p>

Some of our member studios offer craft workshops, including educational classes for children and adults. Our members actively participate in city consultations and local community meetings.<\/p>

We cooperate, among others, with \u0141\u00f3d\u017a Design Festival, Zamek Cieszyn, Institute of Design in Kielce and Association \u201eBased in Warsaw\u201d. N\u00f3w\u2019s actions are also supported by other non-governmental organisations, such as Serfenta (basketry weaving) or Michelangelo Foundation, an international organisation committed to the promotion of craft.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We run recruitment of new members of the N\u00f3w Association once a year. We accept applications until the end of November.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>

When selecting new members, we are guided primarily by the high quality of their products and their original style. We are currently accepting craftsmen and craftswomen whose products are part of the interior design. We also pay attention to the way the works are presented on the Internet: website, quality of photos, form and style of description of the works.<\/p>

The formal criterion for acceptance is the presentation of a recommendation from at least one member of the association. New members are accepted by the Management Board based on the opinion of the General Meeting. It is important to read the Association's statute, sign the membership declaration and pay the entry fee.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
