Jagoda Nowak-Bieganowska
Jagoda Nowak-Bieganowska (b. 1992) is a glass artist and designer, PhD, and faculty member at the Akademia Sztuk Pięknych im. Eugeniusza Gepperta we Wrocławiu. She works at the intersection of art and design, combining craft discipline with reflective narration. In her practice, glass becomes a relational medium – a tool for describing everyday gestures and tensions between humans and the world. Finalist of the Coburger Glaspreis and the Toyama International Glass Exhibition. Her works are held in the collections of the Muzeum Śląskie and the Achilles Stiftung Glass Museum in Hamburg.
Glass as a witness to relationships – to gestures, presence and everyday choices that shape our world.
She primarily works with kiln techniques and hot glass forming. Her process is grounded in manual experience, time and attentiveness. She combines traditional craft with intuitive design, treating glassmaking as a dialogue with matter.
