Jakub Przyborowski
A carpenter by calling. Despite graduating from planning studies at the Warsaw University of Technology, he decided to devote his life to the craft. For several years he gained experience working in various workshops.. Currently, he carries out original and commissioned projects of furniture and utility objects in a small studio in Warsaw's Praga district. Jakub is focused on improving his own qualifications, perfecting techniques and expanding knowledge about wood. He shares his skills by teaching traditional carpentry at adults school.
Carpentry is a constant struggle - not necessarily with the material, but more often with yourself.
My projects usually result from a fascination with a specific tool, method or material. I use traditional woodworking and joining techniques. The manufacturing process for me is just as important as the final product.
